¾ cup oil
1 ¼ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups zucchini, grated
½ cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons coco powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cloves
2 ½ cups flour
Small bag of chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350°; grease a 9-by-13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients and bake 30-35 minutes. Makes 16 servings.
